An exceptional stay! Amazing meals, fresh and delicious. Breakfast, dinner, and “Fika” were included. Situated in the heart of Karlstad, the hotel and many sites are accessible by bus or on foot. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. If I’m back in Karlstad this is the only place I’ll stay!

Hotel location opposite station. Maybe only 50 metres to carry bags. Breakfast was good, and staff very helpful, particularly Zilane who helped with directions around the town and possible attractions. The relax room was a bonus with sauna and jacuzzi.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Beds were comfy and all in all, everything was perfect.

Superb location slap bang opposite the train station and short walk from the centre. Lovely staff who could not have been more helpful. Generous included evening meal and breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly located, next to the train station, in the centre of the city, everything is nearby, the main streets, the restaurants and bars, the room is comfortable, the breakfest and the dinner is just great.
